The Turkish Anadolu Agency stated that Palestinain youths launched balloons carrying pictures of martyrs killed by the Israeli occupation and warning messages that call for lifting the blockade imposed on Gaza towards the Israeli colonial settlements near the fence.

One of the protesters said to Anadolu Agency that if the Israeli blockade on Gaza continues, the balloons will be loaded with flares instead of martyrs’ pictures. 

Recently, Palestinian factions decided to escalate the popular resistance activities, including the launch of incendiary ballons towards the colonial settlements, in protest of the tightening of the blockade, rejection of reconstruction of Gaza’s buildings destroyed in the last Israeli aggression, and prevention of goods’ entry into the strip.
