The Israeli occupation forces attacked the Palestinian youths in the Silwan neighborhood and Bab Hatta area in occupied Al-Quds following the restriction imposed to prepare for the so-called 'Yom Kippur' festival.
In Bab Hatta, the occupation forces chased the Palestinians and shot gas canisters towards them. In response, the Palestinians threw firecrackers.
Jerusalemite sources noted that the forces also erected cement and iron barriers in the middle of one of the crossroads, and closed the area of Beit Hanina bridge to prevent the movement of families from and to the city. It also closed the shot of the old city.
In Silwan, they fired gas canisters and sound grenades.
In Jenin, they broke into several neighborhoods and erected a military barrier in search of the two prisoners who broke free from Gilboa prison; Munadel Nufay'at and Ayham Kamamji.
