The Palestinian Society Prisoner's Club reported that prisoner Maher Al-Akhras, a 50-year-old father of six from Seila Town in south Jenin, continued his hunger strike for 21 days in a row protesting against the administrative detention he is under after the court had sentenced him 4 months. 

Al-Akhras was detained on July 27, 2020, and has spent a total of 4 years in the Israeli jails.
