In an interview with 'The National' newspaper,, Eilt Shaked, the minister of Israeli occupatio, said that there will not be Palestinian State under the current occupation government, presided by Neftali Bennett.
She added that there was consensus among the parties involved in the Government not to address the issue for fear of internal fragmentation. Hence, she expressed her belief in the possibility of achieving "economic peace," improving the lives of Palestinians, and establishing common industrial zones without a State and an army.
Abbas had called Shaked days earlier to meet him, sending her a message via the leftist Meretz delegation he visited in the province.
