The Israeli occupation court released the colonial settler, who killed martyr Ali Harb at the end of last month in Salfit in the occupied West Bank.

The Israeli official channel quoted sources familiar with the investigation of the settler who killed the martyr, whom the occupation government intended not to charge with murder. The channel prefered to charge him with negligence resulting in death or "reckless death"; a crime punishable by a maximum penalty of 12 years' imprisonment.

The settler reportedly stabbed the martyr with a knife right in the heart while in a Palestinian land in the village of Eskaka, east of Salfit governorate, two weeks ago, which led to his martyrdom.
