The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dar Al-Quran and Sunnah in the Gaza Strip, Abdul Rahman Al-Jamal, said that 581 male and female memorizers today recite the Quran at one sit within the competition of "the Elite of Memorizers", organized by the association of Dar Al-Quran and Sunnah in Gaza.

Al-Jamal added that this project "the Elite of Memorizers" is considered as the biggest project all over the world, aiming to spread the culture of practicing the Holy Quran for its memorizers.

He also noted that the sacrifices of the people of Gaza do not only depend on the resistance, as the Strip embraces tens of thousands of memorizers of the Book of Allah, and this is a reward from Allah for those sacrifices.
