The Israeli occupation army published its investigations into the failures of its soldiers in Operation Martyr Udai Al-Tamimi on the Shu’fat checkpoint in occupied Al-Quds about two weeks ago, in which he killed a female soldier and wounded two others.

According to Israel Channel "12", the occupation army failed to prevent the attack as well as to target the young Tamimi.

Investigations have shown that Tamimi arrived at a time that is considered as a time of soldiers’ vulnerability as soldiers had to close the barriers during the shift switch.

Soldiers also failed to target him after he had carried out the operation, enabling him to withdraw from the scene.

With regard to Operation Ma'ale Adumim, which was carried out by the martyr Tamimi on Wednesday evening, investigations showed that he had exited Shu'fat camp five days before the implementation, with the siege of the camp lifted, and prepared to carry out the operation with the assistance of close associates.
