The occupation court in Be’er Sheva decided to extend the solitary confinement of prisoner Ahmed Manasra, 20, for 4 months, even though he has been isolated for a year.

Adalah Center stated that Ahmed led a legal battle in front of the court along two sessions, attempting to extend his isolation as this extension penetrates Ahmed’s legal rights and poses threat to his psychological health condition, which has aggravated due to his detention conditions. Yet, the court issued the decision, based on secret information filed to it.
