Israeli occupation forces deported the Italian activist, Stefania Constantini, 50 years old, one day after her arrest from Al-Dheisha camp, Bethlehem, occupied West Bank.
The occupation forces claimed that "Constantini entered the occupied territories with a tourist visa and spent most of its time in the occupied West Bank. She also exceeded the allowable period and was deported from the country".
Constantini said that she had been beaten and thrown to the ground during her arrest by approximately 20 soldiers at her residence. She added: "I tried to resist but they beat me brutally, blindfolded and handcuffed me. They also shouted at me saying I was a terrorist. "
