Is 'Israel' a State of Terrorism?

The UN General Assembly Resolution No. 273, adopted on May 11, 1949 to admit the State of 'Israel' membership in the United States, put conditions on this membership following the approval of Resolution No. 181 and 194.

'Israel' did not commit to the conditions of the United Nations, whose recognition of 'Israel' however continued. The story thus started between the international law and the Israeli occupation, as it neglected all international legislative resolutions and did not pay any attention to the peace-loving countries and nations. It also put itself at the forefront of confronting everyone, based on the double-standard policy adopted by the western community, most importantly the United States to provide infinite support and protection for the occupation entity and exert pressure on the Palestinian people (the owners of land, history and real story).

The matter did not stop there. The Palestinian resistance which is lawful under international law was rather categorized as 'terrorist' and the European Union, United States and other countries ranked Hamas and the Islamic Jihad as two terrorist movements. They also turned against the democratic experience of the Palestinian people and their election of Hamas in the 2006 Legislative elections, besieged it politically and economically, and launched wide-scale aggressions on the Gaza City five times between 2006-2023.

The essential question: Is 'Israel' a state of terrorism? How? Why? What is required to face the Zionist project?

First: 'Israel' is Terrorist

Make random accusations is never objective. Incidentally, not only Palestinians who believe that 'Israel' practices terrorism, but also the Israeli community. For instance, in Haaretz's issue released on August 24, 2021, Zehava Galon, former leader of Meretz Party, attacked the Israeli occupation army and described it as a "gang". Also, Yonatan Shapira, former Israeli air force pilot, described the Israeli occupation army, in a press interview, as a terrorist organization, its leaders are war criminals and the Israeli occupation government is a racist Jewish government.

Yes, 'Israel' is a state of terrorism and incubator for terrorists. This goes back to the following reasons:

  1. The displacement of the Palestinian people from their lands in 1948 through committing several merciless massacres that amount to crimes of genocide, and the replacement of thousands of Jewish migrants brought from Europe to Palestine to settle there. This means resolving the Jewish problem in the European continent at the expense of the Palestinian people.
  2. The ongoing aggressions carried out against the Palestinian people and some of the Arab nations since the establishment of the occupation entity up to this day. For instance, the massacres committed against the Arab national testify to the terrorism of the occupation entity, the last of which is the occupation's war crimes committed against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
  3. The crime of apartheid, which has been the most prominent feature of the Israeli occupation entity after the Israeli Knesset enacted the Jewish-nation law in 2018. The law specifies the nature of the State of 'Israel' as the nation-state of the Jewish people, based on national and religious discrimination between the Jews and other residents whether they were Muslims, Christians or others.
  4. 'Israel' is an incubator for some of the active colonial movements that practice terrorism against the Palestinians in the West Bank. The most prominent of these movements are Gush Emunim, Hilltop Youth, and Price-tag gangs that burned the family of Dawabsheh.
  5. The violation of the international law and the international legislative resolutions by Israel is the most serious proof that it practices terrorism. It publicly announces the construction of colonial settlements, legitimization of random colonial outposts in the occupied West Bank, neglecting the UN Security Council Resolution No. 2334, and domination of the high mountains in order to steal water.
  6. The decision of Netanyahu's new government to change the legal and historic status quo in Al-Quds. This was expressed in an agreement between Netanyahu, Smotrich and Ben Gvir, and embodied by Ben Gvir's intrusion into the yards of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa in preparation for its temporal and spatial division and the construction of the alleged Temple Mount instead.

Second: Techniques to Confront the Zionist Project

As the Israeli strategy is supported by the west, a strategy agreed upon by the Islamic nations must be built to confront the Zionist project and protect Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa. The pillars of such a strategy are as follows:

  • 'Israel' is a terrorist state that practices racial discrimination. Therefore, all kinds of relations and mutual diplomatic work with it must be cut to isolate it.
  • Resisting the Zionist project is a must and a right guaranteed by the international law. Therefore, all forms of political, financial and media support must be provided to the Palestinian resistance.
  • The boycott movements of the Zionist occupation entity must be supported and reinforced.

In a nutshell, the Palestinian resistance is the main general that defends the Islamic national security from the risks of the Zionist project, which extends from the Nile to the Euphrates. The Mossad's actions and terrorist operations that violate the sovereignty of countries, the last of which was Malaysia, is the best evidence to the terrorism of this entity and its non-respect to all international conventions and customs.
