The Israeli occupation Knesset approved a draft law to cancel the separation of 4 settlements in the occupied West Bank in light of the "disengagement from Gaza" unilateral plan, implemented by the Israeli occupation in 2005 in which 4 settlements in the north of the city were evacuated. 

The law allows the return of the settlers into 4 settlements that were fragmented and cancels the punitive measures imposed on the settlers what enter and settle in those 4 settlements created over Palestinian lands. 

Council of National Security condemned last February the legislation of 9 settlements in the West Bank, as settlements constitute an obstacle to peace.
