The 44-year-old prisoner Khader Adnan continues his open-ended hunger strike for the 67th day in a row, rejecting his detention. Thus, he suffers harsh health conditions.
Attorney of Al-Dameer Association for Human Rights, following his visit to prisoner Khader Adnan at Al-Ramla Prison's clinic, stated that Adnan suffers from frequent fainting, visual and hearing impairments, severe chest pressure and spasms throughout his body, and severe weakness and emaciation.
Furthermore, he added that despite his serious health condition, the prison administration refuses to transfer him to the hospital, and instead detains him in the clinic of Al-Ramla prison in very difficult conditions. The jailers deliberately disturb him and deprive him of sleep by storming his cell every half hour. Not only this, but they also prevent him from family visits.
