The Palestinian Prisoners Club stated that the administrative prisoner, Khaled Al-Nawabeet, 44, suffers a critical deterioration in his health. Al-Nawabeet suffers acute cardiac problems, and was supposed to undergo open-heart surgery before his detention, yet the Israeli occupation deprived him of resuming his treatment journey and following up with his health condition.

Moreover, Al-Nawabeet suffers excruciating pain in the chest, difficulty breathing, and persistent dizziness. In addition to pain in his limbs and knees. Nevertheless, the Israeli prisons' administration transferred him to the Al-Ramla prison clinic, which lacks the minimum necessities of health care. 

Al-Nawabeet is an ex-prisoner, who spent about seven years in the Israeli occupation prisons at intervals. Recently, the Israeli occupation issued an administrative detention order against him for six months.
