Qassim Awwad, Director General of Documenting the Occupation’s Violations at the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, said that the Israeli occupation took over 11,200 donums in the Palestinian valleys for 3 ‘natural reserves’ allocated for later settlement construction. He also added that the occupation is planning to announce four new areas as natural reserves in the West Bank. The so-called Planning Council approved the establishment of 3,212 settlement units in the West Bank and occupied Al-Quds as part of the 5,400 settlement units plan; marking the highest number of settlement construction in the past years.
