The Israeli occupation's entity flag was flown on the roof and walls of Al-Masjid Al-Ibrahimi in Hebron, occupied West Bank, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that this action is "an explicit provocation of Muslim sentiment" and a "flagrant violation of international law." Additionally, the ministry claimed that this aggression is a crucial component of occupation projects aimed at stealing and Judaizing the mosque by altering its features and its historical and civilizational identity, and demanded that UNESCO intervene, condemning these actions, establishing fact-finding panels, and putting all necessary pressure on the occupation to stop such provocative actions.
