During the Israeli occupation raid on Qarawat Bani Hassan Town, west of Salfit, three Palestinians were injured with bullets, and others suffered breathing problems from the tear gas canisters.

Aasi, the mayor of Qarawat Bani Hassan Town, stated that confrontations broke out between the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) and the Palestinian young men during the occupation's raid on the town. Hence, three young men were injured with bullets; one of them was injured in the head, while dozens of others suffered tear gas inhalation.

The mayor asserted as well that the town is subject to constant stormings and raids on a number of Palestinian houses there.
