Due to the ongoing closure of Beit Hanoon Crossing, commonly known as Erez Crossing, 432 patients and their companions are prevented for the third day running from traveling to obtain the necessary care and treatment.

The majority of patients denied travel are cancer patients, according to the health ministry, along with 27 serious cases who are not permitted to leave the Gaza Strip to obtain treatment in the hospitals of Al-Quds, the occupied West Bank, and the occupied Palestinian territories since 1948.
