The Energy and Natural Resources Authority in Gaza stated that fuel supplies have completely halted since last Tuesday due to the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and the complete closure of the crossings. Consequently, the fuel reserves are nearing depletion.

It further added that the current situation forewarns of a humanitarian catastrophe on various fronts, particularly in vital sectors such as healthcare, where medical services require a continuous source of electricity without interruption. Additionally, essential services provided to citizens such as water, electricity, sewage treatment, and others.
