The families of the missing passengers on Ship 6/9 organized a strike in Khan Younis, south the Gaza Strip, demanding the authorities to reveal what happened to their children who went missing in the Mediterranean Sea six years ago, and whether they are arrested in the Egyptian prisons or have drowned in the sea. The families lifted their children’s pictures as the kids were blindfolded and handcuffed in a symbolic move. Sa’d Al-Masri, the spokesperson of the missing, said that they went to all officials and institutions to solve their issue, and urged the Egyptian and Palestinian presidents and all Palestinian factions to return these passengers if they are arrested.
