Six caravans were erected by the Israeli occupation troops early on Thursday morning on the Nablus property of Al-Laban Al-Sharqiya.
According to local sources, land south of Al-Laban Al-Sharqiya and Sinjil was bulldozered by occupation military bulldozers to pave the way for the construction of the illegal settlement outpost.
In addition to the settlements of “Eli,” “Ma'ale Levonah,” and “Shilo,” the area surrounding the towns of Sinjil, Turmus Aya, and Al Laban Al-Sharqiya is besieged by more than seven settlement outposts that are situated close to the hills of the three towns. This creates a sizable settlement bloc in the middle of the West Bank that is regarded as a separator between north and south.
