Within a set of interests related to national security, a group of new infrastructure projects has emerged, bridging India with the Middle East and connecting the Middle East to the global arena. Proposed by Israel and supported by the United States of America, one project plans to connect India to the Middle East countries. Additionally, there are other infrastructure projects in the Saudi Arabia, UAE, Israel and Egypt, all of which highlight the level of competition within the Middle East among its own countries or from external nations.
