The Israeli website "Walla" reported that the Israeli army is awaiting political decisions to begin operations in Jenin. 

The website added that warnings of potential attacks originating from the city of Jenin are increasing, and the area is on high alert for escalation.

It claimed that "large sums of money flowing into the city from main headquarters of organizations in Lebanon, Gaza, Iran, and other countries have translated into the purchase of weapons, ammunition, materials, the production and planting of explosives, and even the manufacturing and launching of rockets and carrying out shooting operations."

The Israeli army is now awaiting political decisions regarding operations in Jenin as it prepares to respond.
