During the first quarter of 2023, the Israeli occupation deported roughly 877 Jerusalemites from the Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, the Old City, and the occupied Al-Quds.

The Wadi Hilweh Information Center tracked down the occupation's chasing of deportee Murabeteen at the doors of Al-Aqsa, took their identities and copies of them, assaulted them by pushing, beating, and arresting them. It also recorded 516 deportation orders from the Old City of Al-Quds and 305 from Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa.

The center reported that during the first quarter of this year, the occupation forces in occupied Al-Quds killed 7 Palestinians and detained 1798 others, including 29 children under the age of 12, 409 youths, 60 women, including 4 girls, and 23 students while going to their schools, along with arresting 16 released prisoners.
