The occupation government refused the evacuation of a Jewish institute in the outpost "Homesh" in the northern West Bank in response to a petition to the so-called "Supreme Court."
Additionally, the religious institute was illegally moved by the occupation last May to a new location near the original "Homesh" settlement outpost.
In its answer to the petition, the Occupation Public Prosecutor stated that "although this transfer was carried out illegally, the intention was to allow a temporary Israeli presence in order to complete the procedures for permanently stabilizing this illegal presence."
