Israeli entrance into the US Visa Waiver Program was prevented by Americans for Justice in Palestine Organization under the banner of AJP Action.

In view of its ongoing systematic discrimination against American citizens and Palestinians, as well as the limits on Palestinian American travel to Gaza, the organization assured that the Israeli occupation did not meet the requirements for the visa program.

According to the organization, discrimination against Americans should never be tolerated, especially in Program framework based on the the organization believes that the escalation of protests and conflicts in the Israeli entity, and the increase in international focus of the authoritarian policies of the occupation government, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, require a re-evaluation of the negotiating conditions for Israel's entry into the visa waiver program.
