The "Red Cow" project, which aims to construct the purported "temple" in place of the Dome of the Rock mosque in the courtyards of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, has received funding from the Israeli government, which notes that the initial allocated budgets are estimated at tens of millions of shekels.

According to information provided by the Israeli "Ir Amim" association, the "Temple Building Institute" is in charge of organizing and supervising the "Red Cow" project. The institute devotes a significant amount of time and resources to finding the "Red Cow," through which some rituals required to construct and erect the "Temple" will be carried out.

In addition, the Israeli Channel 12 reported that the Director General of the Ministry of Al-Quds Affairs of the Israeli government directly oversaw the importation of 5 red cows a few weeks ago as they were transported from America to Israel by plane, in preparation for their burning on the Mount of Olives opposite Al-Aqsa Mosque, allegedly to begin the rituals of establishing the "Third Temple."
