Israeli Air Force Commander Tumir Bar acknowledged that the damage caused to the force as a result of the recent protests by over a thousand reserve officers and pilots, in protest against judicial changes, "is widening and cannot be repaired."

Bar mentioned that the most significant damage is concentrated in combat aircraft squadrons, control and command, flight school, and air surveillance units.

He admitted the difficulty of returning to the previous state and warned of a decline in trust levels between Air Force members and officers on one hand, and Air Force leaders and the political level on the other. He emphasized that trust in Air Force leaders plays a significant role in ensuring pilots and officers perform their tasks without hesitation.
