While the occupation navy vessels attacked fishermen's boats in the sea of Gaza, the Israeli occupation forces began a campaign of arrests across the occupied West Bank, which involved confrontations in certain localities.

During a campaign of raids and detentions in various parts of the West Bank, the Israeli forces detained 7 Palestinians, including the elderly Hani Al-Halbouni, 62, a released prisoner, and a young man in the Nablus governorate.

The occupation forces stormed the Jalazone camp in Ramallah, arrested three young men—one from Birzeit, one from Jenin, and one from Hebron—while they were inside their homes, and committed acts of vandalism against Palestinians' homes there.

The occupation navy boats in the Gaza Strip deliberately imposed restrictions on fishermen and denied them employment by targeting their boats off the coast of Gaza City.
