In the Dheisheh camp in Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank, during clashes with Israeli occupying troops, a young man was shot alive and others were suffocated by deadly tear gas.
The invading soldiers assaulted the camp, according to local accounts, and clashes ensued. During these clashes, gunshots, tear gas canisters, and sound were fired, wounding a young man in the foot with live bullets and hundreds of others by smothering him.
The occupying troops detained three civilians during the foray into the camp after searching and raiding their homes, and also detained three other civilians from the town of Doha after searching and raiding the homes of their relatives.
