According to the prisoner's club, the three prisoners who are on a hunger strike have deteriorating health conditions, and there is concern for their fate.
Amani Sarajan, the media representative for the Prisoners Club, stated that the conditions for the prisoners have been extremely difficult as they have been exhibiting signs of extreme fatigue, particularly prisoner Sultan Khalouf, who has been on a 40-day hunger strike and is suffering from blood vomiting, poor vision, severe headaches, and is being held in a cell "at Ramla Prison Clinic."
The commission noted that Captive Kaid al-Phsafos, a former prisoner who had spent nearly 7 years in occupation prisons, had been on a 40-day hunger strike and that Captive Maher Al-Akhras, who had been on strike for 20 days, was also facing fears and concerns because the prison administration followed the same policy as the martyred prisoner Khader Adnan, who had been killed after an 87-day hunger strike.
