A military unit from the occupying army stormed the town of Jalboun, raided dozens of homes, searched them, and questioned their residents, according to eyewitness accounts.
The witnesses further stated that confrontations between the IOF and the civilians occurred as a result of the occupation's frequent firing of tear gas canisters and stun grenades, causing hundreds of people to suffer breathing problems inside their homes. The entrances to the village's side roads were locked, and construction on turning a resident's roof into an observation station was still going on.
