According to the Israeli Kan channel, in the wake of the recent events on the separation fence east of the Strip, the Israeli occupation army is preparing for a potential escalation with the Gaza Strip.
The channel also claimed that young Palestinian men fired bullets at Israeli forces and allegedly launched incendiary balloons. In response, the Israeli army targeted three resistance sites for Hamas close to the Gaza border.
According to the army's reports, the incendiary balloons started fires in settlers'-occupied land in the Gaza envelope settlements while Benjamin Netanyahu was speaking at the UN General Assembly.
