The concluding statement of the Special Committee for Coordinating International Aid to the Palestinian People, known as "The Donor Meeting" (AHLC), stated that "Prospects for a solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict are still elusive."

The donor meeting was held last week in New York City, USA, with the participation of Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh and the attendance of 40 representatives from various countries and international organizations.

The statement called on the Israeli occupation to lift the restrictions on the movement of Palestinians, especially in Gaza and Area C, halt settlement construction in the occupied West Bank, and cease arbitrary measures against the Palestinian Authority. It also urged Israel to approve water and sanitation projects, enhance infrastructure, and deliver necessary supplies to the central desalination plant in Gaza.

Additionally, it emphasized the need to implement the principles of fourth and fifth-generation network agreements.
