Poll: Likud and the "National Camp" Tied

Maariv newspaper published a poll indicating that if general elections for the Knesset were held now, the Likud party and the "National Camp" bloc would receive an equal number of seats. However, the representation of current opposition parties would be greater than that of the coalition parties.

According to the poll results, the Likud, led by PM Benjamin Netanyahu, would receive 28 seats, and the "National Camp" led by Benny Gantz would also receive 28 seats.

44% of those surveyed believed that Netanyahu is more suitable to be the Prime Minister, while 41% believed Gantz is more suitable for the position.

Netanyahu received support from 75% of the voters from coalition parties to become Prime Minister, while 13% believed Gantz is more suitable. On the other hand, 82% of the voters from opposition parties believed Gantz is more suitable for the position, with 8% favoring Netanyahu.
