The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip has warned that the health situation has reached a critical stage, indicating that the shortage rate in drug stocks and medical supplies has reached levels described as "dangerous and unprecedented."

The healthcare system in Gaza is witnessing an almost complete collapse. Out of the 38 hospitals in the Strip, only 4 hospitals are still providing limited services, despite suffering severe damage, according to the latest statistics issued by the Government Media Office.

Eighty health centers have completely gone out of service, in addition to the destruction of 162 medical institutions, including drug warehouses and ambulance centers.

Health authorities have warned that continuing in this manner may lead to a humanitarian catastrophe that threatens the lives of thousands of patients.
