Israeli warplanes bombed Al-Maamadani Hospital, destroying its emergency and reception building, which led to the displacement of patients and the wounded inside.
Palestinian factions and human rights organizations condemned the bombing, stating that it constitutes a new war crime committed by the occupation as part of its ongoing brutal assaults in the Gaza Strip.
The bombing caused the hospital to go out of service, further worsening the already collapsed healthcare system in Gaza due to the systematic Israeli war, and placing the lives of patients and the injured at serious risk.
Hamas held the U.S. administration fully responsible for the crime committed by the occupation at Al-Maamadani Hospital, stressing that it would not have happened without the green light granted by Washington.
