Israel Threatens Regional Stability

A new report by the European Council on Foreign Relations warns that Israeli policies—particularly its ongoing military operations in Gaza, Syria, and Lebanon—are threatening regional stability and putting the emerging new order in the Middle East at risk.

According to Israel’s "Walla" news site, the Council described Israel as a destabilizing actor, in contrast to countries like Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, which are considered stabilizing forces.

The report urged the European Union to leverage its political and economic influence to pressure Israel into restraining its military actions, warning that continued unilateral moves by Israel could lead to a new regional collapse, endangering both European and global interests.
