The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor reported that Israeli army forces killed 7 Palestinians, including a woman, and injured dozens of others during their attempt to receive aid near two distribution points in Rafah over the past 24 hours.

The monitor confirmed that the Israeli occupation forces direct civilians to collect aid without providing proper guidance in dangerous areas and then target them with gunfire and shelling. It stated that the occupation forces had sent text messages to civilians, instructing them to head to the "Morag" area for aid distribution. Upon their arrival, some were allowed to enter, while the army opened fire on the rest, killing and injuring several.

It warned that the dangerous chaos witnessed at the aid distribution center highlights previous concerns about the Israeli mechanism’s inability to carry out humanitarian operations properly and effectively.
