UNRWA Aid Awaits Gaza Crossing Openings

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) said it has enough supplies to feed over 200,000 people in Gaza for an entire month, but the Israeli occupation is preventing their entry into the Gaza Strip.

It added that its warehouse in Amman contains flour, food parcels, hygiene kits, blankets, and medical supplies—all ready for delivery if the crossings into Gaza are opened.

Since March 2, the occupation has kept the Gaza crossings closed to the entry of food, relief, medical aid, and goods, leading to a severe deterioration in humanitarian conditions and the spread of famine.
