Israeli occupation forces carried out a wide-scale campaign of raids and arrests across various areas of the occupied West Bank, detaining 34 Palestinians, including former prisoners, university students, and journalists, amid a surge in armed settler attacks on Palestinian towns.

In Nablus, Israeli forces stormed several neighborhoods and arrested journalist Mujahid Tbanja, along with 14 other young men from different parts of the city, according to the Palestinian Prisoners Club.

The forces also raided the town of Halhul, north of Hebron, detaining a young man after searching his home. In the village of Al-Arrouj, southeast of Bethlehem, they re-arrested former prisoner Ali Al-Arrouj, who had been released in the “Al-Aqsa Flood” deal. Around 20 other young men from the same village were also arrested during the same raid.

Three Palestinians were killed and seven others wounded while confronting a violent attack by 100 settlers on the town of Kafr Malik, east of Ramallah.
