The Government Media Office in Gaza has announced the martyrdom of 66 children due to severe malnutrition, caused by the continued Israeli blockade and the prevention of the entry of infant formula and nutritional supplements designated for vulnerable groups, particularly infants and the sick.

In a statement, the office described this conduct as a war crime and a crime against humanity, revealing the occupation's deliberate use of starvation as a weapon to exterminate civilians, especially children.

The Government Media Office called on the international community, the United Nations, and Arab and Islamic countries to urgently intervene and pressure the occupation to immediately open the crossings and allow the entry of food and medical supplies to save the remaining children and patients before it is too late.
