Abdullatif Al Zayani, Bahraini Minister of Foreign Affairs, said in an interview with Walla website that he felt proud of the peace treaty the King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa had signed with the Israeli occupation, and described such move as brave. He also expressed his belief that Biden’s administration will continue with the ‘Abraham Accords’ which were initiated by President Trump, and that Bahrain still holds on to the two-state solution urging the occupation and the PA to return to negotiations. He also mentioned the US-Iranian relations and Bahrain, SA, UAE and the occupation’s concerns over the resumption of nuclear relation between the new president Joe Biden and Iran (referring to the 2015 agreement) without making any changes or modifications. He also hoped that Biden would consult Bahrain and the Gulf states before entering a new nuclear agreement with Iran.
