The Civil Defense in northern Gaza stated that occupation forces are preventing its teams from reaching people trapped under the debris and that it is unable to respond to all the appeals for help.

The Civil Defense has repeatedly appealed to international organizations to coordinate the movement of its teams, but in most cases, they have received no response, while dozens remain trapped under the rubble.

The Civil Defense in Gaza announced that all its vehicles have stopped providing humanitarian services to citizens in Gaza and northern governorates. The Civil Defense said, “We have only one fire truck left in Gaza and the northern governorates, and there are no spare parts available for it.”
