The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that Israeli occupation forces have abducted Dr. Marwan Al-Hams, Director of Field Hospitals.

Director General of the Ministry, Dr. Munir Al-Bursh, stated that Dr. Al-Hams was detained by Israeli forces while visiting the Red Cross Hospital west of Khan Yunis. He held the occupation fully responsible for Dr. Al-Hams’s safety.

The Ministry condemned the arrest as a dangerous precedent, describing it as a direct attack on the voice of the sick, the hungry, and the suffering in the Gaza Strip.
