The Israeli occupation continues its assault on Jenin and its refugee camp for the 315th consecutive day, with escalating demolitions and bulldozing of buildings in the camp, along with arrest campaigns, home raids, and the destruction of residents’ property.
The Jenin Camp Media Committee stated that the occupation army has begun demolishing an additional 24 residential buildings in the camp, after having already destroyed more than 700 homes and structures, either partially or completely. This has forced 4,000 Palestinian families to flee the camp under harsh humanitarian conditions.
The town of Ya’bad has also been under Israeli assault for about 24 days, with occupation forces stationed in a military outpost inside the town and taking over several homes.
Since the beginning of the assault, more than 69 Palestinians have been killed in Jenin, its camp, and surrounding towns.
