Ariel Kahana, Israeli author, said in a report to Israel Hayom that the Israeli occupation's pressure continues on the American Administration to persuade Jordan to hand Ahlam Al-Tamimi in. The occupation had accused Al-Tamimi of assisting Ez-Eddin Al-Masri who carried out Sbarro Restaurant operation in August, 2001, in occupied Al-Quds leading to the murder of 15 Israelis, and injury of 140 others. Al-Tamimi was sentenced 16 life-imprisonments but was released in 2011 prisoners swap deal. She and her husband were removed to Jordan. Kahana said that Trump’s Administration resumed its attempts in 2017 and placed Ahlam on the most-wanted list. The Central Intelligence Agency put a $ 5m bounty for anyone who can help hand her in. The Congress even offered annual economic assistance to Jordan ($ 1 billion) for turning her in. Until this day, the situation did not go as the occupation had planned to. Jordan refuses to hand her in which has resulted in disappointing the occupation. Jordan removed Al-Tamimi’s husband to Qatar which reduced the wrath of the American Administration.
