The Saudi Middle East newspaper held a long interview with Benny Gantz, alternate PM, at his office in Tel Aviv.
Gantz said that he cannot see comprehensive peace in the Middle East without the settlement of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
He also said that PA President Mahmoud Abbas should join the Arab normalizers such as the UAE, Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco.
Gantz said that the occupation wants to live separately from the Palestinians’ ruling system. However, Al-Quds is a united capital of the occupation, but the Palestinians may have a place in for their capital as wwell.
He added that talks can be held on exchanging lands though he does not know how or where. Gantz revealed having visited all Arab countries secretly for military operations.
His first military operation was in 1977 when he guarded the late Egyptian President Anwar Al-Sadat when he came to visit the Israeli entity.
Gantz expressed his desire to officially and peacefully visit Arab countries especially after their normalization with the entity. He also sees that such normalization is a good alliance for fair powers and expresses the feelings of the peoples.
