Mo'taz Bsharat, an official in charge of the settlement file in Tubas and the northern Jordan Valley, said that a group of settlers who call themselves ‘Protectors of the Hills’ attacked the Palestinian shepherds in Umm Al-Ebar in the Northern Valley while resting with their cows.

The shepherds are assaulted on a daily basis by the settlers in several areas in the Northern Valley.
