Israeli Settlers Depart to Europe

Jan 10, 2021 11:08 am

The Israeli Channel 2 website published a report on the phenomenon of the Israelis’ departure from the Israeli entity in search for a better living place.

The Coronavirus pandemic and the closure for the third time of the entity resulted in tens of thousands of projects to be closed down and the unemployment rate to rise.

The report included the opinions of some settlers who left the entity.

Sifan Yakuvi, from Rishon LeZion settlement, said that she and her family decided to leave the entity and move to Mexico. She felt that the reasons to stay were no longer enough and life was no longer suitable to her there.

Dana Volinsto from Kfar Yehoshua said that she left the entity and went to Holland a week and a half ago because she felt it was no longer safe nor stable. She also said that the democratic principles started fading in the entity and that personal freedom was more respected in Holland.

Hanna also said that she left to Germany because the conditions in the entity were unstable and she felt she had no future there. She said that what was happening there was unacceptable and that she would never return unless it completely changes.
