Violent confrontations erupted in Al-Issawiya in occupied Al-Quds between the occupation’s soldiers and the Palestinian youth. The soldiers fired metal bullets and teargas at the citizens, their homes and stores which led to the suffocation of dozens. They arrested the young man Mohammed Aziz Ubaid.

Eyewitnesses said that the confrontations erupted after the forces returned and broke into the house of Rushdi Ubaid who gave himself up to the occupation’s police in exchange for the release of his brother Ayoub.

Some Arabists kidnapped Ahmed Abu Jum’a and Ibrahim Abu Hatab during the confrontations that erupted in Al-Tur in east occupied Al-Quds. The Palestinian youth fought back with stones and fireworks.

The forces arrested citizens from Nablus, Qalqilya and Hebron in the occupied West Bank. Two of the arrested are the freed prisoners Ali Sawalma and Esmat Abu Shuli after the soldiers had broken into their houses.
